This was a game that was frustrating in so many ways. You work hard all week, you prepare right and the lads just didn’t perform. After the game I just locked the door of the dressing room and I asked the lads what was going on inside their heads. You can’t come to any game and not perform for the first half hour. We were absolutely awful in that first half hour. I thought after that we came into it but we gave away two terrible goals – one from a set piece which always breaks my heart and the second one our left back should have cleared the ball but he didn’t.
