Following on from Stephen Henderson’s extending of his rolling contract for another year, to the end of the 2010 season, Waterford United are delighted to reveal that the boss has already been busy with preparations for next year’s title challenge.
 
To that end, six players have today extended their current contracts and agreed terms for another season, taking them up to the end of 2010. Those players are Kevin Burns, Seamus Long, Alan Carey, John Kearney, Willie John Kiely and Vinny Sullivan.
 
Henderson is hoping to tie up the other members of the squad in the next day or two.
