Programme “Thank You”s

I would like to take this chance to thank all those who have contributed to the match programme over the course of the season.

Firstly thanks to Jim O’Sullivan for his excellent photographs that have graced the front covers and the inside of each issue. Also to Des and Ian Clancy, Ray Farrell, and Noel Browne for the use of photos at various times, and especially to Paul Elliot who has come up trumps with the perfect accompanying photo on innumerable occasions. Thanks also to a true Blue supporter John Power, who provided another valuable source of old pictures.

Thanks to our regular and not so regular article contributors that have added so much of interest and entertainment to each issue all through the season: Brian Kennedy, Tom Flynn, Martin French, Brendan White, Shane Murphy, Ray Scott, Michael Butler and Niall Doherty. Thanks to all those who’ve kept us up to date with goings on within and without the club through their regular notes columns, namely Stephen, John and Sam, Chris Morrissey our physio, and Eddie Jackman before him, Gary Power the FAI Development Officer, and Owen Tubbritt of the BSC. And special thanks to our stats man, Ger McGinn, for his sterling work in keeping on top of the numbers all season.

Thanks to everyone who contributed in other – no less important – ways throughout the year, whether with graphics, ideas, or information, including Dan Byrne, Mark Dunne, Chris Smyth, Matt Keane, John Douglas and Paul O’Brien, and and especially big thanks to anyone I’ve left out! Finally, a huge thank you to Charlie Kranz for his phenomenal work in knocking everything into such great shape, and John & Neil and Barry, our excellent printers over the course of the season.
