The Blues were the twentieth name out of the draw drum, pitting them against the Cork outfit, one of 12 non-league clubs in the draw.
The sides last met in the Blue Riband trophy in 2003, when a Vinny Sullivan hat-trick gave United a 3-1 win at Turner’s Cross, after Everton had taken an early lead.
The ties are to take place on the weekend of 25th/27th May, but with Cork City also drawn at home both the date and time of kick-off is still to be confirmed, as it is also not yet known if the tie will take place at Everton Park (near to Cork Airport), or at Turner’s Cross.
