Waterford United will play Finn Harps in the play-off to determine who will have Premier Division status for 2008.The Donegal side defeated Dundalk by 2 goals to nil in the play-off semi final at Finn Park this evening.Marc Brolly opened the scoring for the home side just before the half hour. Conor Gethins should have increased the lead but he missed from the penalty spot with 15 minutes remaining. However Stephen Parkhouse ensured Harps went through to the playoff decider when he netted in the last minute.To compound Dundalk’s misery they finished the game with just ten men when Doyle was sent off at the death.The Blues now face a difficult trip to Finn Park on Tuesday next (KO: 7.45pm) where Finn Harps have never lost a play-off game before the return leg next Froday at the RSC.
