I was very pleased with the way the boys responded to the challenge posed by Bray. They were always going to be a tough opposition and they proved that on the night.It was great to finally get a run out at the RSC and though the conditions were very difficult, I think the lads gave a great display.What can I say about the penalty – I thought it was a very harsh decision but you can’t do anything about things like that. That’s football and the referee had no option but to send John off as the rule is clear in that regard.However, we fought back well and thoroughly deserved the draw. I think Daryl took his goal very well. He threatened the same against St Pat’s but this time it worked and in fairness to Daryl, he is capable of dong that on a regular basis.We are home again next week and I hope the weather is better so the crowd will be even bigger.
