Blues boss Mike Kerley beat the transfer deadline with the signing of 22 year old Tomas Hawkins. Wexford born Hawkins has spent some time with Newcastle as a youth and in recent years has trained with Cork City and Waterford United when Paul Power was manager.He has also spent time in America and is back home now and had signed for Ferns United. Tomas is an attacking midfielder who has also played as a striker in the past.
