Waterford United players John Lester and Paul Crowley will miss the opening game of the 2006 season following recent meetings of the Eircom League disciplinary committee. Lester has been suspended for one game having reached four penalty points while Paul Crowley has also been hit with a one match suspension having hit the eight penalty point mark. It seems though that that Crowley will serve his suspension with Dublin City as the newly promoted club has announced him as one of thier new signings.
